Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

 

Ergonauts is committed to making a substantial corporate social responsibility.  We uphold the legal, ethical, and social standards detailed in this Business Conduct Guide. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders associated with Ergonauts. Our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices benefits our associates and the local community, in addition to contributing to our long-term success. Therefore, we have aligned our corporate social responsibility goals to the following United Nations Sustainable Development goals:

  1. By conducting all our operations in an honest, fair and ethical manner and in full compliance with all applicable laws and by taking a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. d business conduct.

Environmental Policy

​

One of the aims of Ergonauts is to act with respect for society and the environment. We are committed to protecting the environment, prevent pollution, preserve biodiversity, reduce our solid waste and energy footprint and implement the principles of sustainability. Adapting to the impacts of climate change Ergonauts is working to improve its environmental performance. The best way to optimize our daily activities and services is to analyze, measure and evaluate our environmental ecological and sustainability footprint.

 

In the course of the implementation of this policy, the company:

  • Recognizes and assesses the impact of its activities on the environment.

  • Undertakes all needed controls for reducing the impact of its activities on the environment.

  • Complies with all environmental obligations under the various pieces of national and European Union legislation.

  • Inspires and trains organizations and their employees to operate and live sustainably through responsible actions.

  • Promotes a circular economy.

  • Encourages discussions, initiatives and events on environmental issues.

  • Promotes involvement of our team members in activities within and outside work to develop a clear understanding of environmental concern and awareness.

  • Reduces, reuses and recycles

  • Saves energy and water and uses products and chemicals that have low impact on the environment.

  • Protects and nurtures the natural environment.
