Ergonauts aims to create a favorable environment in terms of the training and development of its individual team members, aspiring to lift their competences at a level that they can effectively contribute to the company’s core objectives and its vision to become a top professional training and business consultancy provider in Cyprus. 

 

The objectives guiding the company’s training and development policy are:
