Ergonauts is committed to providing a high standard of services in a consistent and continuously improving manner. To achieve this, it undertakes regular assessment through a number of activities, such as internal audits, assessments of consultancy services, evaluations of trainers / trainee needs, and programs and performance review meetings. In addition to this, external verifier reports, enable Ergonauts to identify areas of further improvement. All the aforementioned activities enable the company to undertake relevant corrective or preventive actions with the purpose of facilitating quality service consistency and further improvement.
The associated objectives are:

To identify the needs of the local market in terms of the provision of business consultancy and professional training courses for the purpose of designing and delivering services that provide maximum client satisfaction and utility.

Ergonauts is committed in implementing a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015, requirements set by international standards, certification providers, cooperating organistions and institutions, the Human Resources Development Authority and legislative / statutory requirements.
